Your opportunity You will join a growing ETF Capital Markets team at the centre of product development, trading and distribution support. The role offers broad exposure across the ETF lifecycle—from fund launches and primary market activity through to secondary market liquidity and client interaction—working closely with Trading, Product and Portfolio Management. The successful candidate will oversee outsourced operations and support ETF Capital Markets and Product Development activities, including delivering ETF launches as well as supporting day-to-day capital markets in both primary and secondary market areas. You will: Oversee day-to-day outsourced operational activity from execution to settlement, including clearing, collateral, prime brokerage, FX and administrators Assist the portfolio management team with trading, cash management and FX hedging Provide ETF capital markets day-to-day support for both primary and secondary market Oversea AP and market maker meetings and relationships Produce insightful reporting on secondary market transactions Provide assistance for client queries Interact with external stakeholders such as regulators, legal counsel and market makers Provide NAV oversight and fund accounting break assistance Ensure all trade bookings are completed in a timely manner and oversight of exception and break monitoring Complete regulatory reporting Oversee fund launch processes including exchange listing and UCITS passporting Assist with product cost analysis Carry out other duties as assigned What to expect when you join our firm Hybrid working and reasonable accommodations Generous Holiday policies Excellent Health and Wellbeing benefits including corporate membership to ClassPass Paid volunteer time to step away from your desk and into the community Support to grow through professional development courses, tuition/qualification reimbursement and more Maternal/paternal leave benefits and family services Complimentary subscription to Headspace – the mindfulness app All employee events including networking opportunities and social activities Lunch allowance for use within our subsidized onsite canteen Must have skills Proactive, entrepreneurial team player with a strong sense of ownership and excellent organisational skills Relevant experience within an asset manager, ETF issuer, or investment bank Highly driven and diligent, with a strong work ethic Strong communication and analytical capabilities Advanced IT skills, including experience with third‑party systems, Bloomberg, VBA and AI related models / prompting Nice to have skills Knowledge of fixed income and/or credit derivatives is desirable Demonstrable interest and knowledge in ETFs Working knowledge of Python Supervisory responsibilities To be developed as part of the role Potential for growth Regulatory exams Mentoring Leadership development programs Regular training Career development services Continuing education courses You will be expected to understand the regulatory obligations of the firm, and abide by the regulated entity requirements and JHI policies applicable for your role.
