ETL Developer

Experience with complicated SSIS Package coding and maintenance. Participate in ongoing DW/BI performance tuning activities. Create ETL packages. (Mandatory on SSIS, Knowledge of other ETL is good to have). Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes. Perform scheduled maintenance and support deployment activities as required. Manage SQL Databases but not limited and can extend to NoSQL/Cloud Database as applicable. Experience in creation of SQL Tables, Views, MV’s, Stored Procedures and working on complex T- SQL statements. Expert knowledge in traditional relational database concepts and design. Fluent in SQL. Database design and query optimization. Write and debug stored procedures and ability in advanced SQL operations. Automate manual data tasks through workflows and ETL packages. Should possess skill to maintain, monitor, troubleshoot daily jobs using SQL Server Agent. Administrate application and server environments. Analyze data quality and make recommendations for data preparation. Strong ability to communicate both verbally and in writing, especially with technical analysis (including understanding internal documents). Experience with data manipulation, data engineering, and working with large data sets. Follow guidance from senior team members to plan, deploy, and maintain critical data solutions. Installing and configuring SQL Server, applying patches and fixes and monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing performance. Creating backup plans, developing, and testing disaster recovery scenarios, managing security, server sizing, and performance tuning.
