We are looking for a European Distribution & Service Channel Manager to join our European team, preferably based in the Benelux, France, or Germany. Open to any other location close to an International Airport. In this role, you will drive the implementation, evolution, and optimization of the European Distribution and Service Channel strategy, leading a high-performing network of authorized distributors and service partners. You will be responsible for accelerating sustainable sales growth, expanding market presence, and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective channel development, partner engagement, and performance management. By building and strengthening strategic partnerships, you will ensure alignment with business objectives, commercial excellence, and service delivery standards, while maximizing channel profitability and delivering exceptional customer value across the region. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Drive sales growth, market expansion, and profitability across Europe through a high-performing network of authorized distributors and service partners. Identify, recruit, develop, and manage channel partners in collaboration with local sales teams, building strong strategic relationships that support long-term business growth. Lead channel performance management through business plans, KPIs, scorecards, reviews, and reporting, ensuring alignment with regional objectives. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Product Management, and Customer Care teams to provide partners with the tools, training, and support needed to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Negotiate and manage partner agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies, contractual commitments, and regulatory requirements. Support strategic growth initiatives, including product launches, digital channel adoption, pricing programs, and the expansion of aftermarket and lifecycle services. You follow through on commitments. For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Proven experience in channel sales management, preferably within the industrial valves or broader flow control industry, minimum 3-5 years Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships. Manage Ambiguity / Being Resilient Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. A passion for success and a drive to exceed expectations. Ability to travel +50% of the time Strong command of English language: presentation preparation and delivery skills. Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Strong technical knowledge of isolation valves and related technologies.
