Responsibility As part of a team of Assistants, you will be responsible for providing evening administrative support to the team of lawyers, including, among other tasks: Document Management : scanning, photocopying, and printing documents as required; Document Formatting : ensuring all documents are properly formatted according to the Company's and departmental standards; Administrative Support : handling basic administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, maintaining records, preparing the shipment of documents, and more. Fluency in Polish and English; Computer skills in MS Office; Good organisation of work and the ability to set priorities; Reliability; Involvement; High personal culture.
