Role Description

This is an entry-level full-time remote role for an Event Associate in Hanoi. The Event Associate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing events. Day-to-day tasks include liaising with clients, ensuring high-quality customer service, facilitating smooth event operations, and supporting sales efforts to secure client partnerships. Additionally, the Event Associate will be involved in timely communications and logistics to achieve successful event outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
• Proficiency in Event Planning and Event Management, including coordination, logistics, and execution
• Experience in Sales with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
• Previous experience in the events or consulting industry is advantageous
