Event Coordinator

We’re looking for an experienced event coordinator to join our team organizing a portfolio of B2B events, including industry trade shows, festivals, conferences and awards programs across North America. This role is based on a dynamic hybrid model, with 2 days a week in our vibrant downtown office and 3 days working from home . You’ll need to live within an easy commuting distance of our downtown office . During peak periods and event weeks, you’ll be in the heart of the action, spending additional time in the office and on location at live events , where the energy and excitement are at their highest. The role involves: Coordinating the logistics for face-to-face conferences, business festivals, trade shows and awards nights Liaising with key stakeholders - speakers, sponsors, delegates and vendors Running events on-site in the US and Canada Working within a small team of dedicated and hardworking staff around the world Running events like HR Future Fest Enough about us… let’s talk about YOU! You’re our ideal candidate if you: Bring 2+ years of hands-on event logistics experience Are based in Toronto and love being at the heart of the action Are ready to hit the road; ability to travel freely and regularly across Canada and the USA is required.
