Get In The Driver Seat As an Event Manager , you will support the planning and execution of Bugatti’s global event portfolio while ensuring flawless delivery according to Bugatti standards. Working across global, regional, and dealer teams, you will coordinate event operations, partners, and reporting, ensuring consistent brand representation and exceptional customer experiences. Where you’ll make an impact Support the planning and execution of key events on the Bugatti annual calendar, including launches, driving experiences, partner meetings, and customer activations Coordinate global event partners, agencies, suppliers, logistics, guest services, hospitality, and operational workflows Assist in preparing and sharing quarterly global event calendars and activation guidelines with regional teams and dealers Support the coordination of local activations, including showroom openings, customer previews, and regional brand events Track event budgets to support sustainable event execution Ensure compliance with global CX & Event guidelines across dealer and regional activities Create and maintain the global event adaptation toolkit, including templates, visuals, and checklists Consolidate event KPIs, reporting, and feedback from regional partners to support continuous improvement What are your core components Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or equivalent Minimum 5 years of experience in brand experience or event management within the luxury sector (e.g. automotive, hospitality, or fashion) Experience in event operations or luxury hospitality Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Fluent English; additional languages are a plus Very good knowledge of MS Office and Salesforce, with basic knowledge of SAP What we are like and what we offer Working on exciting projects in a high-performance environment pushing the limits, moving science forward while working with the global automotive manufacturers on developing the latest automotive technology.
