Event Producer / Project Manager

mustard is partnering with an International experiential event agency looking to fortify their Hong Kong team for an Event Project Manager. They hold a history of successfully executing events for numerous high-profiled clients across a variety of sectors within the Commercial and Financial Services sector.

This role is fully remote / hybrid and stationed in Hong Kong.

The role:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer matters
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions to meet customer needs
• Work closely with clients on event content, planning, and logistics
• Manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and protect project profitability
• Oversee the entire pre-event process to meet project objectives
• Coordinate on-site execution, including management of third-party vendors
• Complete post-event tasks such as cost reporting and invoicing
• Implement efficient processes and best practices for event delivery
• Foster strong working relationships and adaptive communication
• Act as an extension of the client and internal teams
• Manage project resources, including freelance staff
• Align responsibilities with corporate social responsibility commitments
• Perform other reasonable tasks as directed by management

Requirements:

• Worked on events for financial and corporate clients ideally
• Minimum 5+ Years experience
• Digital and online production knowledge and experience
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Must have experience delivering mid-large scale physical events
• Able to manage projects independently
• Senior Project Manager level also welcome
