👀 Role
This is a remote role for an Event Project Manager. You'll own the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate retreats, all done remotely ; from budgeting and vendor sourcing to managing (remotely) our on-the-ground team for delivery. You'll work closely with clients, hotels, vendors, and our local ground partners to make sure every detail lands.

- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for corporate retreat projects
- Manage event budgets and P&L with accuracy
- Source and coordinate hotels, venues, activity providers, and vendors — including flight and travel logistics
- Coordinate with local concierges and DMC partners on the ground, and step into ground operations directly when needed
- Track project progress, manage risks, and adapt plans to meet evolving client needs
- Act as the main point of contact for clients before and during each retreat
- Ensure all events are delivered on time
- Maintain accurate documentation, trackers, and payment confirmations throughout

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong event planning, budgeting, and vendor management skills
- Highly organized, with strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Able to work independently in a fully remote, async-first team
🌈 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Hospitality (MICE), or a related field (hospitality preferred)
- 2 years of experience in the MICE industry (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) is what we're looking for — candidates with at least 1 year of strong, directly relevant experience (DMC, Hotel MICE team, or Event Organizer managing corporate groups) may still be considered
- Your most recent role must be MICE-related — we're not considering candidates with a gap outside the industry
- Open to any MICE or Event-related background — DMC or Hotel background is a strong plus, especially DMC
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams
- Confident in client and vendor communication, meeting facilitation, and status reporting
- Able to work independently while fostering team collaboration
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Experience working in a fully remote team is a bonus (not mandatory)
