You'll be joining a growing business where your work has a direct impact on client satisfaction and business success. 🔍 What You'll Do Respond promptly to inbound client enquiries via email and other communication channels. Prepare accurate quotes and proposals for event hire and event management services. Qualify enquiries by gathering event details including scope, venue, budget, timelines, and client requirements. Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, and client documentation. Coordinate with operations and event delivery teams to ensure smooth project handovers. Conduct structured follow-ups to maximise quote conversion and client satisfaction. Support upselling opportunities through additional products, services, and event solutions. Assist with reporting, pipeline management, and continuous improvement initiatives. ✅ What You'll Bring Experience in sales coordination, customer service, administration, or a similar client-facing role. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Strong attention to detail with experience preparing quotations or managing documentation. Confidence using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Experience using CRM systems or the ability to quickly learn new software. Excellent time management and the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously. Experience within events, hospitality, venues, event hire, or related industries will be highly regarded.
