Role Description The Event Sponsorship Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for securing and managing sponsorships for events and initiatives produced by Your Script Produced!. On a day-to-day basis, this role researches potential sponsors, builds and maintains relationships with corporate and nonprofit partners, and prepares tailored sponsorship proposals and pitch materials. The specialist coordinates sponsorship agreements, tracks deliverables, and ensures sponsor benefits are fulfilled before, during, and after events. They collaborate with marketing and event teams to develop sponsorship packages, integrate sponsor messaging into event assets, and support promotional campaigns. The role also involves monitoring sponsorship performance, providing regular reporting to stakeholders, and suggesting improvements to enhance sponsor satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience in event sponsorships, fundraising, or partnerships, including prospecting, outreach, and relationship management.
• Skills in sales, negotiation, and proposal development, with the ability to tailor sponsorship packages to partner needs and budgets.
• Knowledge of event planning and coordination, including timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional communication.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear presentations, sponsorship decks, and reports.
• Comfort with remote collaboration tools and CRM or tracking systems; strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Understanding of or interest in the entertainment, film, or arts sectors and commitment to supporting underrepresented talent.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Previous experience in a remote role or distributed team environment is beneficial.
