We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Events Co-ordinator to join our team who will play a key part in the planning, coordination and delivery of high-quality events across the UK.
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £27,713.56
Location: Home-based Sheffield (UK-wide travel required)

We’re now looking for a Events Co-ordinator to join our team.
About The Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Events Co-ordinator to join our team.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in the planning, coordination and delivery of high-quality events across the UK ranging from conferences and roadshows to virtual events and exhibitions.
Working closely with colleagues, partners, and suppliers, you’ll help ensure every event runs smoothly and delivers an excellent experience for all attendees.
The Role
As Events Co-ordinator, You Will
- Support the planning and delivery of a wide range of events, including in-person and virtual formats
- Coordinate event logistics with internal teams, venues, speakers, suppliers and delegates
- Manage event registrations and maintain CRM/event systems
- Prepare communications, joining instructions and event materials
- Organise travel, catering, AV and event resources
- Provide on-the-day support, including registration and troubleshooting
- Host and support online events where required
- Work with marketing teams on event promotion and content
- Collect feedback and support post-event analysis
- Assist with budgets, invoicing and reporting
- Deliver excellent customer service, handling enquiries and resolving issues
Essential Skills And Experience
- Experience supporting or delivering events (planning, administration and execution)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with stakeholders such as venues, speakers and partners
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and event/CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce)
- Confidence using virtual event platforms
- Ability to handle customer queries and resolve issues effectively
Desirable
- Experience in a customer-facing or events role
- Knowledge of event promotion tools
- Understanding of GDPR and data handling
- Events, marketing or customer service qualification

- Comfortable working independently and using your initiative
- A strong relationship builder
- Confident hosting events and engaging with audiences
Additional Requirements
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Willingness to travel across the UK for events
- Flexibility with working hours to support event delivery
- Ability to work from home in a suitable environment
