Events Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a proactive and reliable events sales & marketing executive to help research our target customers and reach out to them. This is a temporary contract role, lasting anywhere from 1-12 months.

What you'll be doing:

• Contact research: Use LinkedIn, Google, and Apollo.io etc to find potential clients, including names, emails, and company info.
• List building: Keep contacts organized in Excel spreadsheets.
• Email outreach: Send emails using Gmail.
• Admin support: Update contact info, schedule follow-ups, and keep data organized.
• Other tasks: Help with other tasks as needed.

What we are looking for:

• Reliable: Can work remotely Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm, and meet targets.
• Curious: Enjoys searching for information and can find hard-to-find email addresses.
• Good communicator: Communicates clearly and professionally.
• Tech-savvy: Comfortable with Google Drive, Gmail, Excel, and willing to learn simple tools like Apollo.io etc
• Organized: Keeps work neat and structured.
• Fast and focused: Works quickly and follows through.
• Hungry to learn: Motivated to grow and take initiative.
