About this Position We are looking for a proactive Executive Assistant & General Affairs professional to support senior leadership while managing office administration, facilities, vendor coordination, and employee services to ensure smooth business operations. What you´ll do Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and follow up on action items. Screen and prioritize communications; prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, meeting minutes, and internal announcements. Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality. Organize leadership meetings, town halls, management reviews, and support follow-up actions. Manage filing systems, executive records, document approvals, expense claims, and budget tracking. Oversee daily office operations, facilities, supplies, workplace services, and maintenance activities. Manage relationships with landlords, building management, vendors, and service providers; handle contracts, quotations, purchase requests, invoices, and renewals. Support onboarding, employee welfare programs, visitor management, company vehicles, and parking arrangements. Organize company events, training sessions, employee engagement activities, conferences, and CSR initiatives. Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and workplace requirements. What makes you a good fit Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Secretarial Studies, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Executive Assistant, Office Administration, or General Affairs roles, with experience supporting senior executives preferred. Experience in multinational companies and working with diverse stakeholders is an advantage. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, calendar and travel management, vendor and contract administration, budget monitoring, and reporting. Excellent organizational, communication, multitasking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
