The Executive Assistant will support our Chief Technology Officer by managing priorities, coordinating activities across the Technology organization, and helping ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly. This role requires exceptional organization, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, intellectually curious, proactive, and eager to learn. They will serve as a trusted partner to the CTO, helping manage time and commitments, coordinate key initiatives, support leadership team activities, and foster a positive team culture. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in understanding the business are essential for success in this role. This position will be based at our West Los Angeles, CA office. We work a hybrid schedule with an in-office requirement Monday through Wednesday and the option to work remotely on Thursday and Friday. Manage a complex calendar, proactively identifying conflicts, protecting focus time, and recommending priorities Anticipate needs, identify potential challenges, and provide solutions before issues arise Coordinate meetings, leadership reviews, offsites, town halls, and other technology team events Support the planning and execution of team-building activities, employee engagement events, and community initiatives Prepare meeting materials, agendas, presentations, and follow-up action items to drive accountability and execution Manage domestic and international travel, detailed itineraries, and expense reporting Serve as a key connector across the Technology organization, helping monitor team morale, culture, and employee experience Screen and prioritize incoming communications, responding independently when appropriate Build strong relationships with executive assistants and leaders across the company to facilitate collaboration and coordination Develop and maintain systems, processes, and documentation that improve organizational effectiveness and executive productivity Handle highly confidential information with professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, project support, operations, or executive support role Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, manage competing priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment Strong intellectual curiosity and desire to understand how the business operates Highly organized with exceptional follow-through and attention to detail Comfortable interacting with leaders at all levels of the organization Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail Naturally proactive and solutions-oriented; brings recommendations and options, not just problems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable asking questions and seeking context to continuously improve and learn Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility across all levels of the organization Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in sensitive situations Bachelor's degree preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered Pay Range: $40.00 - $41.00/hour. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
