Client Information The client is a well-established pediatric occupational therapy provider with over two decades of experience helping children build confidence, develop essential life skills, and achieve meaningful progress through personalized, family-centered care. Job Description • EMR management — running the day-to-day of Ocean Friends, a tech-forward system with automations and data points; keeping it clean, current, and working for us • Google Sheets management — building and maintaining trackers and reports • AI for efficiency — using AI tools for automations, data collection, and streamlining workflows • Admin operations — emails, scheduling, data entry, and visit counts • Client communication — managing email and messaging with families • Executive assistance — direct support to me as the practice owner Must Haves • High-capacity, strong multitasker who's genuinely comfortable with technology and tech-forward systems. • Someone with the curiosity to problem-solve • Spot inefficiencies • Act proactively rather than wait to be told. • Reliability and initiative matter as much as the skill set Nice to Haves • Experience providing administrative and technical support in a healthcare or therapy practice.
