Executive Assistant (Marketing and Outreach)

We're looking for an Executive Assistant to support the founder of a fast-moving digital health startup across outreach, marketing, content, and day-to-day operations. You will be the person who keeps things moving — reaching out to doctors, hospitals, and influencers, supporting marketing initiatives, producing basic design and video assets, and helping prepare fundraising materials. This is not a traditional EA role. You will be doing real creative and outreach work alongside the operational support. The ideal background is someone who has worked at a venture-backed startup, is comfortable in Canva or Figma, writes well, and is exceptionally responsive. Why You'll Want to Join You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th) Paid Time Off in accordance with company policy Observance of Holidays per company guidelines 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you're most productive This role requires availability during US business hours Work directly with the founder of a digital health startup with 10,000 plus community members and a growing clinical network High-ownership, high-variety role with direct visibility into fundraising, marketing, and growth strategy What You'll Work On Outreach and Relationship Management Conduct outreach to doctors, hospitals, clinicians, and healthcare influencers on behalf of the founder Draft professional, personalized outreach messages across email, LinkedIn, and other channels Follow up on open outreach threads and maintain an organized pipeline of active and prospective contacts Support partnership and community-building efforts as directed Marketing Support Assist with marketing initiatives including campaign coordination, content scheduling, and platform management Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials across social and digital channels Research relevant trends, communities, and opportunities to inform marketing direction Graphic Design and Content Creation Produce basic graphic design assets using Canva or Figma for social media, presentations, and marketing materials Edit short-form videos for social content and marketing campaigns Write clear, on-brand content for posts, emails, and other communications as needed Fundraising and Deck Support Assist with the preparation and refinement of fundraising decks and investor materials Research potential investors, compile contact lists, and support outreach coordination Help organize and maintain fundraising-related documentation and follow-ups Executive and Administrative Support Manage the founder's calendar, scheduling, and inbox as needed Handle ad hoc administrative and operational tasks with speed and reliability Anticipate needs and stay ahead of priorities without being asked What You Bring Experience at a venture-backed startup or fast-moving early-stage company Proficiency in Canva or Figma for producing design assets independently Strong written English communication skills with the ability to write professional outreach, content, and correspondence Basic video editing skills for short-form social and marketing content Exceptionally responsive with a strong bias toward fast, clear communication Highly organized and self-directed with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously Comfortable operating in an environment where priorities shift and new tasks come in quickly Genuine interest in health, wellness, or mission-driven consumer technology Nice to Have Experience conducting outreach to medical professionals, healthcare organizations, or health influencers Background supporting fundraising activities including investor research, deck preparation, or outreach coordination Familiarity with digital health, chronic care, or patient-facing healthcare products Experience managing social media accounts or content calendars for a startup brand Prior experience supporting a founder or CEO in a high-trust, high-variety role How to Apply Please include: Your updated resume A portfolio link or examples showing design work, content, or outreach materials you have produced — Canva or Figma examples preferred A short Loom video (1 to 2 minutes) introducing yourself, describing your experience at a startup, and walking through one example of outreach or marketing work you are proud of Only candidates who submit both examples and a Loom video will be moved to the next step of the hiring process.
