Overview Reporting to the Executive Assistant to Chief Media Officer, this position within the Premier League Media department will provide executive support to three Director level roles across Media Sales & Servicing, Digital Media and Football DataCo, with secondary support to the EA to Chief Media Officer. The Premier League Media department is responsible for delivering and growing one of the world's most valuable and widely distributed sports media properties. Working across Media Rights, Digital Media, Premier League Studios and Football DataCo, the team manages global broadcast partnerships, develops digital products and content, and helps bring the Premier League to audiences around the world. Operating in a fast-paced, high-performing environment, the department works closely with broadcasters, clubs, production partners and stakeholders across the UK and internationally. From major international events and media rights partnerships to fan-facing digital experiences, the team's work plays a key role in growing the Premier League's global reach and engagement. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative and ambitious team at the heart of the Premier League's media operations, supporting key projects, stakeholders and initiatives that reach millions of fans worldwide. The successful candidate will be highly self-aware, emotionally intelligent and proactive, with the ability to build strong relationships across a broad range of stakeholders. They will demonstrate sound judgement, adaptability and a positive approach to challenges, with a genuine desire to learn, develop and contribute within a high-performing team. Working both autonomously and collaboratively, they will manage multiple priorities with excellent attention to detail while identifying opportunities to improve processes, enhance stakeholder experiences and add value to the wider department. The role Manage complex and ever-changing diaries for Directors, balancing competing priorities and maximising time effectively. Coordinate international travel, visas and itineraries, identifying the most effective solutions and anticipating potential challenges. Provide proactive inbox management for a Senior Director, prioritising urgent matters and tracking follow-up actions. Develop a strong understanding of key clients, partners and stakeholders, proactively supporting their needs. Support departmental projects and initiatives, taking ownership and contributing beyond core administrative responsibilities. Coordinate Club meetings, managing logistics, documentation and stakeholder communications. Support the department's contributions to Board reports, coordinating inputs, tracking actions and ensuring timely submissions. Assist with the planning and delivery of key events, including the annual Broadcaster Workshop. Maintain an awareness of current affairs, industry developments, hospitality and cultural events to support informed recommendations. Work closely with the Executive Assistant to the Chief Media Officer, supporting department priorities, stakeholder engagement, guest logistics and day-to-day operations. Requirements for the role Several years' experience supporting senior executives. Highly organised and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-performing environment. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Excellent written communication and proofreading skills. Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels. Proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues before they arise. Experience organising events, including international events. Experience coordinating global travel, itineraries and visa applications. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to different working styles. Demonstrates the utmost discretion, professionalism and confidentiality. A confident and effective communicator.
