Executive Assistant - Sales Support

We are looking for our next Executive Assistants, who will provide an analytical and strategic outlook throughout the entirety of the purchase process of our properties; while directly assisting our real estate agents. Your responsibilities will include: Implement innovative, data-analysis based commercial strategies and communication skills to interact with clients. Clients and Realtors tour agenda management. Generate personalized reports based on critical analysis of our CRM database, and use them to develop strategies for effective client follow-up and achieving sales. Post-sale customer service. Requirements: Full weekend availability (2 days off on weekdays). C1-C2 English level. Bilingual sales, business development, or commercial data analysis (+3 years). Previous experience handling CRM platforms is highly desirable. Previous experience using data analysis and AI platforms is desirable. Our job conditions: 100% remote. 40 hours per week. No calls.
