You are the right hand to the CEO across both business and personal life, ensuring everything around him runs smoothly, efficiently, and without friction. Your job is to create the space for him to focus on the highest-impact work, while you quietly keep everything else moving. Protecting Savvas time is the highest priority. What You Will Do Business & Executive Support Own the CEO’s time end-to-end, ensuring it is aligned to priorities and protected from low-value noise Manage complex scheduling, trade-offs, and last-minute changes without disruption Handle all travel and logistics, including visas, itineraries, and expenses Manage weekly Leadership meetings and quarterly off-sites Prepare high-quality materials for LT/Company meetings, exec sessions, and external engagements Act as a trusted point of contact for internal teams, investors, and partners Track decisions and actions, ensuring follow-through and accountability Take the lead on building and delivering the monthly All Hands slides Personal & Property Management Support the CEO’s personal investments Manage Airbnb hosting end-to-end, including guest experience, bookings, and maintenance Oversee personal admin, appointments, and household logistics Handle sensitive personal and financial matters with complete discretion Solve problems quickly and quietly, without creating additional noise Ensure personal and family commitments are built into the CEO's schedule and don't get swallowed by the business Step into ad hoc projects and shifting business/personal priorities as needed What We're Looking For Proven experience supporting senior leadership in a combined business and personal capacity Exceptional organisation and attention to detail Clear, confident communication, written and verbal Strong judgement and the ability to prioritise effectively Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous environment Highly discreet, trustworthy and a sense of humour Proactive mindset, with a bias towards action AI/Tech-savvy across Google Workspace, Clauded CoWork, Slack, Linear, Loveable and similar tools Experience in a fast-growing or scale-up environment Exposure to board or investor processes Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) and how it shapes the rhythm of a business What We Offer At MrQ, we take pride in providing an array of fantastic benefits to our valued team members.
