Here’s what the job entails In this role, you will act as a trusted sparring partner and right hand to the SVP, Head of Short-Term Trading & Asset Management, ensuring that strategic and operational priorities are achieved effectively. You will gain valuable exposure to our commercial activities, executive decision-making, collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organisation and help drive initiatives, projects and organisational activities forward. More specifically, your responsibilities include: contributing to strategy development and execution, including driving unit strategy processes preparing and delivering accurate and timely material on behalf of the SVP for leadership teams and Board of Directors planning, preparing and facilitating Short-Term Asset Management & Trading leadership meetings and monthly business forums across the organisation leading organisational development initiatives and projects within the unit as well as across the organisation providing proactive day-to-day operational support, including managing complex scheduling, meeting preparations, events and communications Meet your team As our new Executive Assistant, you will join our Executive Support team – a team of dedicated colleagues providing high-level support to our Senior Leadership. While you are part of this team, your day-to-day work will be embedded in Short-Term Trading & Asset Management, where you will work closely with the SVP and the leadership team. Although the Executive Support team operates across different units, we meet regularly to collaborate, share ideas and foster a strong sense of team spirit. But enough about us… over to you! As you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks that require initiative, follow-through and commercial curiosity, we are looking for someone with strong problem-solving abilities, a proactive mindset and excellent communication skills. Furthermore, we imagine that you: hold a relevant educational background within Business Administration, Economics, Finance or similar have experience from a similar position naturally build trust and relationships across diverse stakeholders have solid organisational and project management skills are curious about trading, technology and the energy sector, and motivated to build deep business understanding demonstrate integrity, discretion and professionalism in everything you do are proficient in English – both written and spoken Please note that prior knowledge of the energy sector is not required for this role.
