Executive Community Advisory Board Member

Compensation: Advisory Position (Unpaid role offering strategic influence, community growth support, and the opportunity to help shape a membership-based organisation serving senior commercial leaders)

Are you a membership, community, or leadership growth expert ready to help scale an executive network focused on senior commercial professionals? We're seeking a seasoned advisor to join a Singapore-based membership organisation’s advisory board, providing expertise in membership growth, member engagement, strategic planning, and long-term organisational development during an important stage of expansion.

What You’ll Do:

• Advise on membership growth strategy, positioning, and the development of a scalable executive community model
• Support member engagement, retention, and the design of high-value experiences that strengthen long-term participation
• Guide strategic planning, operational development, and performance priorities as the organisation expands internationally
• Help shape the long-term growth of a trusted professional community serving senior leaders through learning, connection, and peer exchange

Who We’re Looking For:

• Senior executive with experience building, scaling, or leading membership organisations, executive communities, or professional networks
• Background in member engagement, customer experience, retention strategy, or community-led growth
• Track record in strategic planning, organisational development, or helping founder-led organisations scale sustainably
• Experience in executive development, leadership programmes, coaching, or professional learning environments is valued
• Familiarity with digital communities, online learning platforms, or technology-enabled member engagement is a strong advantage
