In this role, your key responsibilities include: Define and continually evolve the bank’s approach to Personal Productivity AI, ensuring that employee facing AI tools support the bank’s broader AI strategy rather than creating a disconnected or duplicative technology landscape. Maintain a current and practical understanding of approved Personal Productivity AI Tools, ensuring guidance, training, and investment decisions remain aligned with the actual capabilities, limitations, and appropriate use of the platforms. Evaluate and classify AI capabilities and use cases to determine their suitability for employee self-service, adoption with defined guidance and controls, limited experimentation, utilisation through existing Bank solutions, or development as enterprise grade AI solutions in line with business needs, governance requirements, and strategic priorities. Establish, maintain, and communicate a practical bank wide position on what constitutes appropriate and inappropriate use of Personal Productivity AI Tools. Drive sustained, responsible and purposeful adoption, focusing on effective use and realized value rather than access numbers or usage volume alone. Work with Learning and Development team to help design and execute training programs that help employees build practical skills to use such tools effectively. Maintain an evidence-based view of whether Personal Productivity AI Tools are being used appropriately, economically, and productively. Covering: access and activation; active usage; consumption and cost; productivity and quality outcomes; governance indicators; and progression of use cases into enterprise demand. Act as the principal business interface with the IT Service Centre and relevant Technology teams for operational processes relating to Personal Productivity AI access, entitlements, and consumption controls. Manage self and team in line with ADCB’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximize own and employee contribution to business performance. Organize and supervise the activities and work of the team to ensure that targets and objectives are achieved and the business plan is delivered in line with the required policies, processes, procedures, and system. The ideal candidate should have the following experience: At least 8 years of relevant professional experience, including at least three years in one or more of the following areas: digital or AI adoption, technology product or capability management, organizational change, employee productivity, innovation, service management, or technology governance. Experience introducing or scaling employee-facing digital or AI tools within a large, complex and regulated organization. Experience within banking or financial services is strongly preferred. Bachelor’s degree in bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Digital Transformation, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Learning and Development, or another relevant discipline. Master’s degree in business administration (MBA), Digital Transformation, Technology Management, Artificial Intelligence, Innovation, Organizational Change, or a related discipline. Professional certifications in Microsoft AI and Copilot, Artificial Intelligence, Digital Transformation, Product Management, Technology Management, Change Management, IT Service Management (ITIL), Project Management, Responsible AI, Technology Governance, Data Analytics, or related disciplines are desirable. Strong practical knowledge of Personal Productivity AI and generative AI tools Responsible AI and technology governance Digital adoption and organizational change Employee learning and enablement Stakeholder, vendor and IT service management.
