YOUR ROLE AT SIXT You independently develop and continuously improve AI/ML-based tools, analytical models and vibecoded dashboards to measure location performance, fleet utilization, and network efficiency, to optimize our European network strategy You support the development of our pan-European network strategy, integrating fleet availability, market potential, and growth targets You translate strategic fleet goals – including electrification roadmaps and capacity planning – into concrete network plans and operational requirements You create quantitative scenarios for network expansion, consolidation, and new product launches based on demand forecasts, pricing data, and fleet availability You monitor the mobility market and competitive trends, deriving strategic implications and presenting recommendations to senior management YOUR SKILLS MATTER Experience You bring 3–5 years of professional experience, ideally gained in strategy or operations consulting or within the mobility, automotive, or logistics industry Education You hold a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Geography, Statistics, or a comparable field Analytics & Tools You have proven hands-on experience independently developing analytics tools, dashboards, or automations using Python, SQL or vibecoding approaches, ideally complemented by GIS knowledge (e.g. QGIS, ArcGIS) AI/ML Knowledge You are experienced with AI/ML applications and ideally have practical exposure to LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or ML-driven data analysis Soft Skills You are a self-starter with a structured, results-oriented working style and strong communication skills – able to present complex analyses clearly to senior stakeholders in a cross-functional, international environment Language You are business fluent in English; German is a plus, and you are willing to travel across Europe as part of project work WHAT WE OFFER Extra benefits Enjoy discounts on SIXT rent, share, ride and SIXT+, attractive vehicle leasing offers, and exclusive deals with partners for travel, tech, fashion and more AI at your fingertips From day one, you'll have access to Claude by Anthropic and SIXTgpt, SIXT's own AI platform, to supercharge your work.
