Job Summary : The Executive - Personnel Development supports the employee development cycle including recruiting, onboarding performance management and employee engagement. The role serves as a key resource for employees and manager and helps execute personnel development programs effectively. Job Responsibilities: Support recruitment activities throughout the hiring process, from job posting to onboarding. Coordinate candidate interviews and assessment activities with hiring managers. Develop and maintain talent pipelines and professional networks to identify and attract qualified candidates, including passive talent. Support the implementation of onboarding and new hire orientation programs to ensure a positive employee experience. Assist in administering the performance management process, including performance reviews and employee development discussions. Support the implementation and execution of employee recognition and engagement programs. Monitor employee retention and satisfaction trends and assist in developing initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention. Maintain accurate recruitment, onboarding, and employee development records and reports. Provide administrative and coordination support for personnel development initiatives and programs. Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources Management, HR Operations, Talent Management, or Personnel Development. Sound knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, occupational health and safety requirements, and employee relations practices. Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organization. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a strong passion for employee development and organizational growth. Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
