We're looking for an Executive Search Consultant who is passionate about research, talent mapping, networking, and making a meaningful impact on people's careers.

What You'll Do

• Source relevant job opportunities across job portals, company career pages, and other channels based on each client's experience, skills, and career aspirations.
• Conduct industry and company mapping to identify relevant career opportunities.
• Research and identify recruiters, hiring managers, and decision-makers.
• Develop targeted lists of companies aligned with client goals.
• Conduct personalized LinkedIn and email outreach.
• Build relationships with recruiters and hiring teams.
• Collaborate with Career Services Manager to execute customized job search strategies.
• Track outreach activities and maintain accurate records.
• Continuously improve sourcing and outreach strategies to maximize interview opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in Executive Search, Leadership Hiring, Talent Acquisition, Headhunting, or Talent Research.
• Strong experience in industry mapping, talent mapping, and candidate research.
• Excellent research, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Boolean Search, and other sourcing techniques is an advantage.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• A client-first mindset with a genuine desire to help professionals succeed.
