Role Description The Executive Vice President is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading strategic planning, business growth, and operational excellence across STAKTRON Enterprises. This position oversees key business units, aligning cloud and collaboration solutions with market demands and customer needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining and executing long-term strategies, managing executive-level relationships with clients and partners, and guiding product and service roadmaps in coordination with technical and commercial leaders. The Executive Vice President will lead cross-functional teams, set performance goals, monitor financial results, and ensure that projects and initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational objectives. The role also includes mentoring senior leaders, driving process improvements, and representing the company in high-level negotiations and industry events.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in executive management, including strategic planning, organizational development, and change management.
• Experience in cloud computing, hosted enterprise platforms, or collaboration technologies, with strong understanding of converged network architectures.
• Proficiency in business development, go-to-market strategy, and building long-term customer and partner relationships.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for complex technology organizations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Track record of leading cross-functional teams in remote or distributed environments and fostering inclusive, high-performance cultures.
• Experience working with network design, implementation services, or unified communications solutions is highly beneficial.
• Advanced degree in Business, Technology Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience in senior executive roles considered.
• Ability to work legally in the relevant jurisdiction and accommodate occasional travel for client meetings, leadership summits, and industry events.
