We're looking for an experienced Case Manager / Paralegal to join our legal team. This is a case-focused role centered on petition preparation, document management, and end-to-end case processing, working in close cooperation with our supervising attorneys. What you'll do
- Manage a portfolio of active business immigration cases from initiation through completion, under the supervision of attorneys.
- Prepare, assemble, and review immigration petitions, forms, and supporting evidence packages (e.g., I-129, I-140, and related filings).
- Draft petition letters, forms, and supporting documentation for attorney review and revision.
- Track case deadlines, filing windows, RFE response dates, priority dates, and key case milestones.
- Organize and maintain case files, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and proper documentation throughout the case lifecycle.
- Coordinate the collection and verification of required documents and information for each case.
- Prepare and monitor filings with USCIS, DOL, and other government agencies under attorney direction.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date case records and status in the firm's case management system (GrapeCase).
- Provide clear, timely status updates and document requests to keep cases moving.
- Perform quality control to ensure consistency and accuracy across case files and filings.
- Collaborate closely with attorneys and fellow case managers to ensure smooth case progression and clean handoffs.
- Stay informed on U.S. business immigration developments to maintain strong working knowledge of the field.
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in law is preferred.
- Two years of professional experience in U.S. business immigration is required.
- Experience in immigration law firms or legal services in a case management or paralegal capacity is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. business immigration processes and filing procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal English and Turkish communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and disciplined follow-up habits.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and competing deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working with case management or CRM systems.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and the ability to move quickly.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous experience in business immigration case management, petition preparation, or document handling.
- Familiarity with employment-based immigration categories such as E, L, O, H, Green Cards and PERM.
- Experience drafting petition letters and assembling supporting evidence packages.
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus.
