Experienced Cold Callers (Remote – Performance-Based)

Realty VAs is hiring 10 Real Estate Cold Callers to support U.S.-based real estate investors by handling outbound calls and qualifying motivated seller leads.

Role:

• Make outbound calls to U.S. property owners

• Qualify seller leads using scripts

• Build rapport and collect property info

• Set appointments for the sales team

• Update CRM with accurate call notes

Requirements:

• Fluent English (clear/neutral accent preferred)

• Confident on the phone

• Goal-driven and consistent

• Sales or cold calling experience is a plus (not required)

• Real estate knowledge is helpful (training provided)

Schedule:

• Full-time (40 hrs/week)

• Mon–Fri | 9 AM – 6 PM EST/MST/CST (1-hour break)

Pay:

• PKR 65,000 – PKR 100,000/month
