Experienced Roofing Service Crewmember - Commercial Roofing Overview. Bonitz of Georgia is hiring an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Foreman to lead repair crews, locate and resolve roof leaks, and deliver high-quality service on commercial projects across the Southeast. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows roofing systems inside and out and takes pride in doing the job right. What You’ll Do ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Respond to scheduled and emergency commercial roofing service calls Assist with locating, diagnosing, and repairing roof leaks Perform repairs on TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, built-up, metal, and other commercial roofing systems Complete preventive maintenance and minor roof restoration work Inspect roofing systems, flashing, penetrations, drains, gutters, and related components Take before-and-after photographs and accurately document completed work Communicate jobsite findings and repair needs to the Service Foreman or Service Manager Maintain company vehicles, tools, equipment, and service materials Load and unload materials and equipment Keep jobsites clean, organized, and safe Interact professionally with customers, property managers, vendors, and other jobsite personnel Follow OSHA requirements and all company safety policies Identify and immediately report unsafe conditions, property damage, or additional repair needs Assist with emergency and after-hours service calls when required Additional Responsibilities & Requirements Previous commercial roofing service or repair experience preferred Experience locating and repairing commercial roof leaks Familiarity with TPO, EPDM, metal roofing, flashing, coatings, and other commercial roofing materials Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a two-person service crew Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate professionally with customers and coworkers Ability to complete service reports and use a mobile device to submit photographs and job information Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 100 pounds Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, and from aerial lifts Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, including no DUI or major violations within the last five years Willingness to complete a pre-employment drug screening OSHA 10 certification is preferred but not required Aerial lift, forklift, or first-aid/CPR certification is a plus Full time position with overtime as needed Occasional night or weekend work based on project needs Pay & Benefits $18-22/hr (based on experience) Annual production bonus opportunities Medical, dental, vision insurance after 60 days of employment Paid leave – start earning immediately Per Diem for overnight out-of-town jobs 401K retirement eligibility after one year Bonitz of Georgia is an Equal Opportunity Employer
