Expert Network Associate

We're hiring an Expert Network Associate (Remote) to help connect the right experts with the world's top consulting, research and investment firms.

Company: Cratzo — a founder-led global expert network. We connect senior industry experts with consulting, research and investment firms for paid, one-to-one consultations, across 25+ sectors.

Role summary: Own the full project journey — from a client brief to the right expert on the call. You'll source experts, reach out and pitch, screen for fit, negotiate availability and fees, schedule calls, and keep clients updated. This is a hands-on, target-driven role with direct exposure to the founders.

What you'll do

• Understand each client brief and turn it into a sourcing plan.
• Find relevant experts using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Boolean/X-ray search and databases.
• Reach out across LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp and calls; pitch the engagement and get experts on board.
• Screen experts for fit and compliance; brief them on scope and expectations.
• Negotiate availability and honorarium/rates.
• Schedule and coordinate calls between experts and clients.
• Manage client communication — share profiles, updates and turnaround.
• Maintain the expert database and project trackers.
• Ensure compliance on every engagement (NDAs, conflict-of-interest checks, confidentiality).
• Hit weekly targets for profiles sourced and calls arranged.

What we're looking for

• Prior experience working with an expert network is required — you should understand how expert sourcing, outreach and client calls work.
• Strong sourcing instincts — LinkedIn, Boolean search, creative outreach.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Confident on calls and comfortable negotiating.
• Organised, fast, and target-oriented; owns work end-to-end.
• Bonus: exposure to consulting, private-equity or market-research clients.

Compensation

• Fixed: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
• Performance incentive: additional monthly payout linked to your output — profiles converted, calls successfully completed, and client conversions. Strong performers can meaningfully increase their total earnings.

• Working hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (IST), Monday to Saturday
