Expert Opportunity - People Ops / Recruiting Generalist ($70/hr, up to $1,400/week)

About This Opportunity

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced people operations and HR professionals who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.

We're looking for people ops and HR generalists with 4+ years running HR processes and hiring pipelines to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: job descriptions and interview scorecards, offer letters and compensation rationale, HR policy and handbook drafting, performance-review templates, candidate-feedback and rejection communications, and headcount and compensation-band trackers.

Compensation: $70/hour

Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)

Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule

Start date: ASAP

Qualifications

• 4+ years as an HR generalist, recruiter, or people operations professional
• Direct ownership of writing job descriptions, offer letters, HR policy, or performance-review materials
