What will you do? As a Reporting Analyst, you transform complex data into meaningful insights that help drive our business forward. You act as a trusted partner for internal stakeholders, challenge reporting requests where needed, and ensure reliable data is at the heart of strategic and operational decision-making. Your responsibilities Develop, maintain and optimize complex reports and dashboards, ensuring they are accurate, user-friendly and delivered on time. Understand and translate business needs into effective reporting solutions while proactively communicating progress with internal stakeholders. Ensure consistency, quality and standardization across reporting and promote data governance best practices. Identify data inconsistencies, recurring issues and quality gaps, and propose pragmatic solutions to continuously improve data quality. Collect, structure and analyse large volumes of data, translating findings into clear insights, recommendations and actionable outcomes. Design calculations, KPIs and data models that support both strategic and operational business decisions. Contribute to the automation and continuous improvement of reporting processes. Support the manager on complex analyses, strategic projects and the implementation of new reporting solutions and technologies. Ensure all reporting activities comply with internal governance, policies and regulatory requirements. Who are you? You are analytical, curious and enjoy solving complex data challenges. You combine critical thinking with a customer-oriented mindset and know how to translate data into insights that create real business value. You also bring: A Master's degree or equivalent through experience. At least 5 years of experience in reporting, business intelligence or data analytics. Proven experience analysing and interpreting large volumes of data. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to transform complex information into clear recommendations. Experience with reporting tools, data modelling and reporting automation. A solid understanding of business processes, data governance and data quality principles. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge business requests when appropriate. A good command of Dutch or French, together with a good knowledge of the second national language and English.
