Scroll down to read more! We are looking for an Innovation Lead to join our Strategy & Innovation team in Tallinn. About the role: One of the key responsibilities of this role is to help future-proof SEB by exploring how customer needs, technologies, products, services, and business models may evolve in the years ahead. As banking continues to change, understanding what comes next and translating that understanding into tangible opportunities is essential to creating long-term value for our customers and SEB. In this role, you will identify emerging opportunities, assess what they could mean for SEB and our customers, and transform insights into concepts, prototypes, experiments, and pilot initiatives. You will work across business and technology domains, combining research, innovation, experimentation, and collaboration to bring future opportunities to life. From identifying signals and trends to validating ideas through prototypes and pilots, you will play a key role in helping SEB understand, prepare for, and shape the future of banking. As an Innovation Lead, you will be responsible for: Identifying and researching trends, market developments, customer needs, and emerging technologies that could shape the future of banking. Translating research findings and insights into exploration themes, concepts, and opportunities. Developing and driving innovation explorations from initial idea through concept development, prototyping, validation, and learning. Exploring how new technologies, including AI, can create value and solve problems in ways that were previously not possible or practical. Working closely with business units, product teams, data specialists, and technology teams to evaluate feasibility, value, and implementation opportunities. Communicating insights, opportunities, and recommendations in a clear and compelling way to stakeholders across the organization. What we expect? At least 3 years of relevant professional experience. Experience in product innovation, product development, service design, concept development, or a similar field. Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and identify meaningful insights. Experience driving projects involving multiple stakeholders across business and technology domains. Ability to move comfortably between strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Curiosity about how technology, customer behavior, financial services, and business models are evolving. Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to make complex ideas simple and understandable. A proactive mindset and the drive to turn opportunities into action. University degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Fluency in Estonian and English. What we offer?
