We are looking for an Export Planning Specialist to join us on our Journey for the future of mobility!
How You Will Contribute
In this role, you are expected to:
- Processing export orders and preparing export shipment plans
- Conducting capacity allocation for customers and product prioritization studies in order to minimize sales loss and to maximize capacity utilization
- Monitoring supply and demand balance with export sales, logistics and finance departments
- Transforming existing processes into leaner and more efficient processes by applying agile and lean methods
- Initiating order-to-delivery process improvement projects
- Coordinating improvement projects in forecasting, supply demand balance and inventory monitoring
- Communicating related shipment and other order processing information to customers
- Supporting export sales activities like forecasting, sales, order and inventory monitoring
- Conducting process improvement studies
Before You Come on Board…
We believe you will fit well if you have:
- University degree from engineering and other related departments
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of SAP would be an asset
- Competent in teamwork
- Ability to form analytical approaches to problems and processes
- Strong communication skills
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
