Position Summary The Facets Testing Analyst is responsible for validating and testing healthcare payer applications built on the TriZetto Facets platform. This role works closely with business analysts, developers, product owners, and operations teams to ensure system functionality, claims processing, member enrollment, provider configuration, and benefit administration processes meet business and regulatory requirements. The analyst develops and executes test strategies, identifies defects, and supports quality assurance activities throughout the software development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and system design documents to create comprehensive test plans and test cases. Perform functional, regression, integration, system, user acceptance, and end-to-end testing for Facets applications. Validate Facets modules including: Claims Processing Membership and Enrollment Provider Management Benefits Configuration Billing and Finance Care Management Execute test cases and document test results. Identify, document, track, and retest defects using defect management tools. Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure requirements are accurately interpreted and tested. Conduct data validation and backend testing using SQL queries. Support release management activities including test environment validation and production readiness assessments. Participate in requirement reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies. Develop and maintain reusable testing assets, test scripts, and traceability matrices. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, payer standards, and organizational quality processes. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience. 3+ years of software testing or quality assurance experience. 2+ years of experience testing applications within the TriZetto Facets platform. Strong understanding of healthcare payer operations and claims processing workflows. Experience creating and executing detailed test plans and test cases. Proficiency with defect management and test management tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Facets configuration and implementation projects. Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial, and Marketplace healthcare products. Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with automation testing tools such as Selenium, UFT, or Tricentis Tosca. Experience with SQL for data validation and reporting.
