Monitor workplace standards through inspections, audits and quality controls, making sure remedial actions are completed promptly. Maintain effective emergency response and business continuity arrangements, including support for critical incidents when required. Use Facilities systems, operational data and performance reporting to monitor service delivery, identify trends and support decision making. Maintain oversight of Facilities related risks, ensuring appropriate mitigation, escalation and reporting. Manage outsourced hard and soft FM contracts against agreed SLAs, KPIs and service standards. Monitor supplier performance, value for money and opportunities to improve service delivery. Oversee contractor compliance, including risk assessments, permits to work, insurance and other required documentation. Support procurement, tendering, mobilisation, contract renewal and supplier transition activity. Manage workplace adjustments arising through the Tailored Adjustment Plans process.
