Purpose of the position: As FACILITY TECHNICIAN you will be part of the GROUP FACILITY MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT.
How can you support us?
1 . Oversee daily facility operations, including maintenance of building and physical security systems, management of communal and office spaces, hard and soft services to ensure a safe, efficient and comfortable working environment.
2 . Coordinate with external vendors and contractors, managing service level agreements, overseeing onsite repairs, and performing regular quality inspections to ensure compliance with company standards, including health and safety standards.
3 . Support facility-related budgets and procurement, tracking maintenance costs, optimizing resource allocation, and preparing reports on facility performance and expenditure.
4 . Support project management services for the modification and upgrade of company owned and rented facilities.
What are we looking for?
Education: Master's Degree in CIVIL/BUILDING ENGINEERING OR RELATED FIELD
Background: 3 years as a FACILITY MANAGEMENT OFFICER OR PROFESSIONAL INTERNSHIP within A STRUCTURED FACILITY DEPARTMENT OF A COMPLEX ORGANISATION

Languages: ITALIAN (FLUENT) AND ENGLISH (INTERMEDIATE).
Technical/IT Knowledge: Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS), advanced
What else should you know? Some travelling will be expected, mainly in Italy.
