Faculty Development Instructor/ Facilitator

Apply Job Type Full-time Description Oneida Professional Services (OPS) is seeking experienced Faculty Development Instructors and Facilitators to support faculty development initiatives for Air Force Global College instructional personnel. This role focuses on training and preparing instructors for excellence in online and hybrid learning environments. *This position is contingent on the award of a federal contract. Key Responsibilities: Deliver faculty development training to contractor and government instructors. Facilitate instructional sessions focused on online teaching best practices and learning technologies. Provide training on pedagogy, adult learning principles, online facilitation skills, and educational technologies. Conduct coaching and mentoring sessions for instructional staff. Support faculty credentialing, readiness, training, and continuing education efforts. Assist with faculty assessments and instructional quality improvement initiatives. Recommend improvements to instructional delivery and faculty development programs. Maintain training records and documentation supporting accreditation and quality standards. Requirements Minimum Qualifications: Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Leadership, Adult Learning, or a related field. Experience teaching or training adult learners. Experience facilitating professional development programs. Knowledge of instructional design methodologies and learning technologies. Strong presentation and facilitation skills. Ability to coach and mentor instructional personnel. Preferred Qualifications: Doctorate in Education or related discipline. Certified Instructional Designer or online learning certification. Experience supporting military education programs. Experience developing faculty training programs. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and online instructional technologies.
