Agency Eight is a creator marketing agency focused on performance seeding, paid partnerships, and affiliate strategy for leading CPG and beauty brands. We operate as an extension of our clients’ teams — helping them build community, drive content, and scale creator programs in a measurable way.
Responsibilities:
Research and identify social media influencers across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) who align with our clients' brand values and campaigns.
Stay on top of social media trends, emerging platforms, and viral content to inform sourcing strategies.
Evaluate influencers based on engagement metrics, audience demographics, and content quality.
Maintain and update a database of influencers, ensuring detailed and organized records.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop creative campaign ideas.
Assist in outreach to influencers, including drafting initial communications and follow-ups.
Qualifications:
Passionate about social media, influencer culture, and consumer brands.
A deep understanding of the digital landscape, including trends, memes, and pop culture phenomena.
Strong research skills and a knack for identifying emerging talent.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Self-motivated and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Location:
This is a hybrid internship based in New York City. Remote work is possible for the right candidate.
Salary Range:
$15 - $20 an hour
