We are seeking an Associate Attorney who is passionate about family law and client advocacy. They will be excited to handle meaningful cases while working closely with a highly experienced and supportive legal team. Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in family law matters including divorce, custody, support, etc.
- Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and legal correspondence
- Attend hearings, mediations, and court appearances
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Manage cases from intake through resolution
- Collaborate closely with the firm’s attorneys and support staff
Requirements:
- A J.D. degree and active bar license in good standing in addition to a UBE score high enough to obtain a Wyoming license
- 2+ years of family law experience
- The ability to travel to Jackson Hole for court appearances and in-person responsibilities if not local. If remote, must live in a city with direct flights to Jackson Hole
- Strong communication, organizational, and advocacy skills
- A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
- Self-starter who thrives in an autonomous work environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Bonus Experience:
- Wyoming Bar admission
- Experience with Clio, AI-powered billing software, and LexisNexis AI
