Job Requisition ID # 26WD100387 Autodesk is reimagining how we enable our global sales, customer success, and partner teams to drive customer value. The GTM Enablement Lead will manage our enablement tools and platform to ensure that our audience receives impactful training and resource experiences that bring our enablement strategy to life. In this role, you will partner with our platform vendor (Mindtickle) to develop a deep expertise of our platform, be able to operate independently with minimal supervision, and support both strategic platform guidance and day-to-day operational execution of our programs. You will help shape the vision, set design standards, and drive the execution of modern enablement while partnering closely with stakeholders across Go to Market Enablement, Program Management, and Marketing to ensure the GTM experience resonates with global audiences and accelerates business impact. Responsibilities: Platform Operations Handle day-to-day platform operations tasks and support content stewardship Support Partner audience experiences Vendor partners Manage content uploads, user access, permissions, and general platform hygiene Support weekly admin office hours, including presenting best practices and new feature walkthroughs Governance and Best Practices Help enforce content governance standards across the admin population (naming conventions, content health, deprecation policies) Advise program owners and admins on platform functionality, modality selection, and program structure Support the rollout and adoption of CoE-type policies for how admins build and manage content on the platform Guide new teams through the process of bringing their enablement programs onto the platform Strategic Platform Support Provide recommendations on platform configuration, feature utilization, and optimization Support program design conversations with an informed perspective on what the platform can and cannot do Contribute to the Digital Sales Room pilot and other revenue-connected enablement initiatives Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of experience managing enablement platforms, either Mindtickle or similar (admin backend, modalities, reporting, permissions, content management) in enterprise environments Ability to operate independently without daily direction Comfort advising admins and stakeholders who may have more organizational seniority Familiarity with digital adoption platforms (Whatfix or WalkMe) at a functional/conceptual level Strong communication skills for office hours, documentation, and stakeholder interactions Experience with or understanding of Salesforce as it relates to enablement tool integrations #LI-MM2 Learn More About Autodesk Welcome to Autodesk! Salary transparency Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For Spain based roles, we expect a starting base salary between 46,200 EUR and 67,760 EUR. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
