About the Role As an Advisor, Field Planning Experience , you will help bridge the gap between corporate teams and tax office leaders by supporting the successful implementation of operational initiatives across the organization. You will partner with leaders to drive readiness activities, support change adoption, gather feedback, and identify opportunities to improve execution. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor, helping translate field insights into actionable recommendations while supporting projects that strengthen operational performance and the overall client and associate experience. Partner with tax office leaders to support operational initiatives, readiness activities, and implementation efforts Gather and synthesize feedback on processes, tools, and operational challenges to identify improvement opportunities Support project execution by validating readiness, tracking action items, and helping address barriers to success Facilitate communication between operational leaders and corporate teams to clarify expectations and resolve questions Identify and share best practices that help improve consistency and operational effectiveness across tax offices Coordinate pilot programs and testing activities by supporting participation, monitoring execution, and collecting feedback Assist with change enablement activities, including readiness resources, leader engagement, and implementation support Monitor adoption trends and operational performance to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement Maintain accurate documentation related to feedback, concerns, successes, and follow-up actions Participate in operational reviews and continuous improvement activities that support future initiatives and planning efforts Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience 3-5 years experience delivering exceptional customer service in a high-volume, fast-paced environment or similar Why work for us At H&R Block, our purpose is simple: to provide help and inspire confidence in our clients and communities everywhere. Local minimum wage laws apply. This information is posted pursuant to local requirements to provide applicants with information about what they might be eligible to receive. Individual pay decisions will depend on job-related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location where work will be performed. Successful candidates may be able to participate in one or more incentive compensation or short-term incentive plans, which could generate additional earnings in accordance with the terms of each plan.
