The Field Applications Specialist for Radiometer is responsible for providing scientific, technical and application support to existing accounts in line with the territory management plans. This position is part of the Radiometer Malaysia commercial team which is a part of the HGM Region – located in Malaysia and will be a remote role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Assist with managing existing accounts, providing support to Account Managers and the individual territory business development plans. Attend to individual customer requirements including training as required, problem solving, troubleshooting and consumable inventory management etc. Take the lead on all pre-delivery workup and Installations of instruments at customer sites and associated training and regular follow up calls. Proactively call on all accounts on a regular basis in line with established territory management plans to maintain customer satisfaction and consistent use of analyzers and associated consumables. Keep abreast of scientific / clinical developments as they pertain to the Radiometer product range, promote the Radiometer brand, proactively seek out opportunities for service delivery, improvement. The essential requirements of the job include: Tertiary scientific qualification or equivalent Experience in Medical Diagnostic industry or Medical/ Healthcare setting. Knowledge of Clinical chemistry and understanding of laboratory practices Ability to work and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
