This role will perform work covered by International Traffic in Arms Regulations. Viable candidates for this position must be eligible for an export license or be a U.S. Person (which includes but is not limited to U.S. citizens or nationals, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees). What You'll Do Strategic Technical Leadership: Drive branch, supplier, and customer strategies by positioning Arrow's value proposition, guiding technical direction, and delivering custom solution designs. Demand Creation & ROI: Lead complex customer engagements to maximize Arrow content, securing design wins and championing return on engineering investment. Pre- & Post-Sales Partnership: Collaborate closely with sales teams to provide advanced technical consulting, align design priorities, and execute strategic line-card initiatives. Relationship & Expectations Management: Cultivate deep connections with senior-level decision-makers across suppliers and customers, actively participating in strategic meetings and QBRs. Market & Technology Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of supplier line cards, competitor technologies, and vertical market needs to formulate ROI-driven business plans. Continuous Alignment & Growth: Participate in supplier trainings and drive design services initiatives to keep key stakeholders informed and advance strategic goals. Who We’re looking for Bachelor’s Degree or related Engineering degree. Experience with designing with at least one of the following suppliers – Onsemi, Infineon, Microchip, ST Micro Electronics, Tyco Electronics. Ability to solve complex problems and take a new perspective using existing solutions Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and also to work well in small teams Strong communication skills Work Arrangement : Remote- attending 1 day to the office on Mondays.
