What You'll Do Represent Tensar Engineered Solutions on assigned jobsites during installation and ensure installation is being performed as designed Attend pre-construction and progress meetings with all project stakeholders Conduct post-construction interviews with key stakeholders to ensure original design objectives are met and performing as expected Document progress, submit daily progress reports, collect and submit feedback to Area Engineer and Regional Sales Manager Provide project site assessment using dynamic cone penetrometer (DCP) and/or other methods to provide data for Tensar solutions Assist Area Engineer with technical support for the sales team including using design software, writing reports and submittals What You'll Need Civil or Geotechnical Engineering, Project Engineer, or Field Technician experience preferred Strong communication and technical presentation skills Must have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships across the business and work with all levels in the organization Must have a strong leadership ability to focus, prioritize, and match skills to tasks Ability to travel regionally between 25% - 50% of the time Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations Your Education BS in Civil Engineering preferred BS or AD in Construction Management considered Certificate of Engineering in Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) Preferred We are CMC, a Fortune 500® company at the leading edge of our industry.
