Overview The Manager Field Marketing is responsible for driving brand awareness and student recruitment through highly impactful and engaging community-focused event demonstrations around the local community including but not limited to, local high school presentations, campus events, industry-related events with employers, and community activations, such as car shows and festivals. This role is also responsible for building and maintaining strategic partnerships with local employers, educational providers, and industry leaders, further helping to enhance the school's presence and influence within the community. Pay Range: $75,000 - $85,000 Location: Remote - Bloomfield, NJ What We Offer: Tuition Waiver : Enjoy a tuition waiver after 6 months of employment for you AND your immediate family offered at UTI and Concorde campuses Paid Time Off : Competitive paid time off programs for employees (Vacation, Sick, Flexible) Retirement Matching : 50% match on the first 6% of your contributions after 90 days Paid Parental Leave : 4 weeks of paid leave for both birthing and non-birthing parents to bond with a new baby Competitive Insurance : Health, vision, and dental coverage for you and your dependents Pet Insurance : Competitive coverage for your furry family members through ASPCA Health Plan Enrollment : Eligibility starts first of the month following completing one full month of employment Responsibilities Schedule, coordinate and serve as representative for recruitment events, including career fairs,community festivals, dealership receptions, and campus open houses to include transportingcompany truck and trailer to events and setting up demonstrations Drive enrollment growth by identifying and engaging prospective students through events thatdeliver high-value leads, driving strong inquiry-to-start conversion rates Optimize event ROI by developing and executing local event strategies that generate the highestreturn on investment, including high school STEM demonstrations, employer-sponsoredshowcases, and campus-hosted experiences Build and leverage strategic partnerships by establishing strong relationships with industrypartners, local employers, and high school staff to increase brand presence and student referrals Enhance event performance metrics through tracking and analyzing event success, measuringthe impact on student inquiries, enrollments, and starts Collaborate with regional leaders to optimize strategies based on data insights Innovate and expand recruitment strategies by developing and testing new event formats andpromotional tactics to continually improve student engagement and interest Deliver engaging presentations to include live demonstrations at high schools, community eventsand employer partner activations Establish strong relationships with industry partners, local employers, and high schools toincrease brand presence and student referrals Other duties as assigned Qualifications Education / Experience Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or event management (preferred) Minimum of three (3) years' experience in marketing or event management with a particularexperience in onsite and offsite events (required) Minimum one (1) year of experience working in a cross-functional organizational environment(preferred) Minimum one (1) year experience with developing and negotiating sponsorship agreements(preferred) Minimum one (1) year of experience in event planning and execution background including leadgeneration (preferred) Knowledge of basic marketing & advertising disciplines (required) Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred) Licenses / Certifications Possess a valid state-issued driver's license; license class may vary based on state-specificrequirements (required) Meet DOT requirements and pass a driving test (required) Skills Strong communication skills across all business channels Skilled in operating and driving large vehicles (class 3) Skill and comfort with public speaking and facilitating presentations Strong attention to detail and focus on execution, follow-up and measurement of event successthrough analyzing metrics Communicate orally and in writing Abilities Able and willing to: Communicate, think, learn, and reason Use computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to process transactions, store documents, enter data, or perform assigned tasks Safely ambulate and/or maneuver when on-site at Company locations Demonstrate and utilize active listening, inductive reasoning, information ordering and category flexibility Ability to use good judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where deadlines are essential and multiple projects are worked simultaneously Ability to gain, understand and apply information and data as it relates essential functions of the position Ability to foster long-term relationships with stakeholders Work Environment Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment when on site at assigned company location. Employees must be able to safely ambulate when on company premises. Events may occur outdoors, creating exposure to variable weather conditions. This position is designated as Hybrid (combination of on campus and remote); Employees must meet minimum technical standards for eligibility and participation. Work environments may include exposure to student learning environments with a variety of conditions. Employees must be able to follow all safety precautions including the use of personal-protective equipment. Employees must also be able to adhere to site-specific safety procedures.
