Overview

Our client is a high-growth international SaaS organisation that is continuing to expand its presence across the UK and Irish markets. As part of this growth, they are seeking a commercially focused Field Marketing Manager to lead regional marketing initiatives that strengthen brand visibility, generate pipeline, and deepen customer engagement.
This is a highly autonomous role suited to a proactive marketer who enjoys building relationships, creating impactful campaigns, and working closely with sales and leadership teams to drive measurable business outcomes. The position is primarily remote, with occasional travel across Ireland, the UK, and international markets.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional field marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and market growth.
Plan and deliver a mix of in-person events, executive roundtables, customer programs, webinars, and partner initiatives.
Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to generate qualified opportunities and accelerate pipeline conversion.
Build and manage relationships with industry associations, strategic partners, and key stakeholders.
Create localised marketing campaigns aligned to regional business objectives.
Manage event budgets, external vendors, agencies, and marketing partners.
Analyse campaign performance, customer engagement metrics, and ROI to optimise future activity.
Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Contribute to broader go-to-market planning and regional growth initiatives.

Requirements

5-7+ years' experience in field marketing essential. Please outline in application.
Experience within a B2B SaaS, technology, software, or high-growth digital business environment essential.
Experience within UK/I essential and ideally will have some EMEA experience.
Strong commercial mindset with a track record of supporting pipeline growth and revenue generation.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Experience delivering both virtual and in-person marketing programmes.
Strong project management and organisational skills.
Comfortable working independently within a fast-paced, scaling environment.
Data-driven approach to measuring marketing effectiveness and campaign performance.
Willingness to travel periodically across Ireland, the UK, and international locations.
Must be based in Ireland and have the relevant visa for international travel.

€90,000 – €95,000 base salary
