Field Service Engineer

Job Description 岗位职责 • 负责大客户的仪器安装、调试、维修、维护、培训等相关技术支持工作 , 包括但不限于 LC 、 GC 、 GCMS 等相关的硬件及相应的软件等； • 提供主动式设备健康管理服务 , 处理复杂技术问题与跨部门协同，推动客户需求闭环管理 , 支持客户业务发展与实验室运营 , 支持服务合同和业务增长，参与知识沉淀与团队能力建设； • 及时解决客户问题，确保客户满意度，维护良好客户关系； • 按照公司流程有效的完成其他各项工作。 Qualifications 任职要求 • 制药、化学、生物、食品、环境、材料、仪器科学、电学等相关专业硕士及以上学历，或者本科学历且具有三年及以上相关工作经验 ; • 了解色谱分析基本原理和 LC/GC 等相关仪器的基本原理，懂 GCMS 或 LCMS 仪器原理者优先 ; • 有大型制药、生物药、第三方检测行业支持经验者优先； • 喜欢技术钻研，动手能力强，对售后服务工作有兴趣； • 具备较强的数据分析、项目管理和跨团队协作能力； • 具有优秀的口头表达和交流沟通能力； • 具有良好的英文读写和一定的听说能力； • 能适应高频次的出差节奏 Additional Details This job has a full time weekly schedule.
