Field Service Engineer

Job Description 岗位职责 • 负责指定区域安捷伦产品，如 GC,LC,GCMS 等的现场安装、操作培训，维修维护，包括硬件、软件等； • 及时解决客户问题，确保用户满意度，维护良好用户关系； • 与其他部门同事协作，完成客户的各项售后服务和支持项目； • 按照公司流程有效的完成其他各项工作。 Qualifications 岗位要求 • 化学、化工、药学、食品或相关专业本科及以上学历； • 2 年以上 GC,LC,GCMS 使用经历或相关售后维修经验，深入了解仪器工作原理； • 动手能力强，对于分析仪器本身有兴趣； • 具有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神； • 良好的英文读写能力。 Additional Details This job has a full time weekly schedule.
